Does not work

I have tried to get this to work. I assure you that I know that you need to install the desktop client. I also am 100% sure that my firewall was not interupting the connection. The app freezes and is simply unable to connect. Perhaps it is because I am running the latest iOS and El Capitan, but this software does not work. I want my money back.
